Jesse Harris, IV, President – A graduate of The Citadel with a degree in Business Management, Jesse has over ten years experience in construction, general construction and in the specialized field of insurance restoration. Mr. Harris has completed numerous seminars on damage reconstruction and building techniques. He carries IICRC Certifications in Fire & Smoke Restoration and Odor Control. |

 Dwaine Haynes, Production Manager – Dwain has a degree in Economics from UNC- Asheville, NC, and is enrolled in the MBA Program at Western Carolina University at Cullowhee, NC. As a licensed plumber, he owned and operated his own residential and contracting business. He values providing a superior product backed by detail oriented service and excellence in all aspects of customer relations. Dwain has Fire, Smoke, and Odor Control Certificates from the IICRC. |

 Janet Maria Smith, Bookkeeper - Jan majored in math and education at Drew University and Jersey City State College, in New Jersey. Her multifaceted experience includes being a bookkeeper, computer tech, office manager, payroll clerk, and accounting supervisor for large and small companies as well as in the education and health care fields. She was also an auditing and bookkeeping consultant for a prominent accounting firm. |

 Marilyn Haynes, Human Resources Manager/ Receptionist - Marilyn has a degree in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts. Mrs. Haynes background includes non-profit and for-profit ventures including the management of her own marketing consulting business. Her diverse experience, including Executive Director of a voluntary non-profit organization, has taught her that people are any group’s most valuable asset. |

The Building Group Production Staff – Our production staff includes a talented group of construction and cleaning professionals. While many have specialties, all share general skills and knowledge necessary to professional restoration. Beyond their carpentry, roofing, dry wall, painting and flooring skills, you will find a group of genuinely conscientious and caring individuals. They participate in ongoing restoration education and most are certified in Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration and Odor Control. The Building Group Production Staff are the key to The Building Group’s success. |
